coaching fees

No minimum number of sessions is required, as clients' needs will vary. New clients will be asked to sign a coaching agreement which acknowledges the prevailing rate structure, but are not committed to any specific schedule or number of meetings.

Compass Coaching accepts Venmo, Apple Pay and PayPal. We do not accept any insurance. 

We will meet online via Zoom or GoogleMeet; a link will be provided to you in advance of your session. You are encouraged to join the session from a private space where you can freely discuss your challenges and goals with me.

No, you do not have to be 18! Coaching can be beneficial for high school students as well. If you are under 18, your parent or guardian will be asked to provide written permission for me to work with you. In addition, when a client is under 18, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed; however, I will ask your parent or guardian if they wish to waive their right to any information from our session(s). 

I now hold the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), built on 25+ years of people leadership and on-the-job coaching. Earning this credential reflects my commitment to rigorous standards, ethical practice, and continuous growth—and I keep my rates accessible to support clients at different stages and in diverse sectors.
