My name is Tricia Culberth, and I'm excited to partner with you on your coaching journey. Throughout my career, I've led people and teams in business and higher education environments, and one of my greatest joys is seeing others learn and grow, finding balance and fulfillment en route to their own definition of success.
My coaching experience is grounded in 25 years of people leadership, supporting team members at every stage of life. I’ve worked with college students gaining early career experience, young adults navigating the “real world,” and seasoned professionals—both leaders and individual contributors—focused on continued growth.
In 2023, I began formal coach training through an International Coaching Federation (ICF)-accredited program that included coursework, extensive practice, and mentoring from a professional coach. I now hold the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential from the ICF and remain committed to ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
I take a collaborative and solution-focused approach to coaching. By working together, we can identify and leverage your strengths, overcome obstacles, and create a plan of action to help you achieve your goals.
I specialize in helping clients with stress management, time management, and career development. I also offer coaching for those going through major life transitions such as entering or leaving the workforce, changing jobs or careers, or relocating to a new community.
